Our service provides summaries, reviews and analysis, including action steps, affirmations and quizzes, related to key ideas found in non-fiction books, helping users grasp core insights quickly. While free browsing is available, premium features are offered via a paid subscription.
3. Free Usage and Paid Subscriptions
Free Usage: Visitors can browse written summaries for free and preview certain premium features without creating an account
Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions offer additional features such as saving summaries, organizing key ideas, listening to audio versions of each summary and tracking progress. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.
All paid subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe’s hosted checkout system.
4. Account Setup for Paid Subscriptions
To access premium features, users must create an account. Account registration requires:

Password
You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
5. User Rights and Limitations
All content on Summarific is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit our content in any manner without explicit written consent.
Users are prohibited from using the Platform to engage in unlawful activities or to distribute offensive material.
6. Payment and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically.
Users can cancel their subscriptions via their account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
Summarific is not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors of the books summarized on the Platform.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that summaries, action steps, motivational audios, affirmations, or other content are free from errors or suitable for all users.
Summarific does not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services of any kind. Users implement action steps, listen to motivational audios, read affirmations, or consume other content at their own risk.

9. Termination of Services
Users can terminate their accounts for premium services at any time by contacting us.
Nexilitas GmbH reserves the right to terminate accounts for breaches of these TOS or misuse of the Platform.
10. Modifications to These TOS
We may update these TOS from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These TOS are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
